Isolation and loneliness are among the leading causes of mental illness. We offer a variety of opportunities for mothers to connect with other mothers and build strong and meaningful connections based on their shared experiences. Support groups, social events, and mama mentors are among the services we offer to achieve this goal.
Because we are a new nonprofit, our resources are limited. We will do our best to link you to a local resource or a fellow mom who can help you with this need. However, please understand it is not guaranteed that we are able to help with all needs. This depends on resources available. We are planning fundraising efforts to assist in this area.
We are currently developing workshops for mothers to learn new skills that will empower them to feel confident in themselves and their choices. Workshop topics include budgeting, meal planning, emotions 101, workforce preparation, child development, and more. While we understand that many mothers are in survival mode and need quick access
We are currently developing workshops for mothers to learn new skills that will empower them to feel confident in themselves and their choices. Workshop topics include budgeting, meal planning, emotions 101, workforce preparation, child development, and more. While we understand that many mothers are in survival mode and need quick access to basic needs, we hope these workshops will provide a long-term solution to the many problems mothers in our community face.
Your support and tax-deductible contribution will help moms with basic necessities for themselves and their children, provide childcare for moms to attend support groups and other important events, and educational workshops.
