What is it?
The advisory council comprises of mothers who aim to contribute beyond volunteering for the organization. They aspire to leverage their voices to impact the lives of mothers in their community. Although the advisory council's authority may not equal that of board members, its members can still express their views and address issues within the organization and community. They also have the opportunity to suggest improvements for the organization and the well-being of mothers.
There are requirements to remain part of this council. You must contribute to the organization monthly either financially or directly via volunteering. We can provide additional details if this is something you are interested in. We don’t intend this to be a financial or time burden for mothers so have taken into consideration the other responsibilities mothers have in their lives. In order for our organization to thrive, we must have consistent support and people who are 100% invested in the success of our mission.
